Job summary

Housekeeping Supervisor role overseeing Room Attendants, House Persons, Lobby Attendants and Inspectors. You will coordinate daily housekeeping activities and assist in managing day-to-day operations of all Housekeeping and laundry functions.

Responsibilities include enforcing quality assurance, staffing the team, and maintaining open communication with Front Office and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years housekeeping supervisory experience.
• Experience with hotel housekeeping operations.
• Ability to manage staff and coordinate with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Room Attendants, House Persons, Lobby Attendants and Inspectors.
• Coordinate day-to-day housekeeping and laundry operations.
• Enforce quality standards and cost-control measures.
• Communicate with Front Office and other departments to ensure guest readiness.
• Schedule cleaning of rooms, public areas, and meeting spaces.
• Train, coach and guide staff to meet hotel SOPs.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and equipment; arrange replenishments.
