Pulse Hospitality is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and ensure guest spaces are spotless, welcoming, and ready for arrival. You’ll coach staff, maintain standards, and coordinate daily operations in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

This role requires detail orientation, strong people leadership, and the ability to balance priorities, schedules, and inventory while collaborating with front desk and other departments to support smooth turnarounds.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in housekeeping or hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality.
• Ability to lead a team with confidence, patience, and a people-first approach.
• Excellent time-management and ability to balance priorities.
• Familiar with checklists, tracking systems, and standard operating procedures.
• Reliable, respectful, and flexible with schedule needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to maintain cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas.
• Lead, coach, and support housekeeping staff to deliver high standards and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure tasks completed on time by monitoring room readiness and priorities.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks, addressing issues promptly.
• Maintain inventory for linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies; coordinate reorders.
• Support a safe, organized work environment by following cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with front desk and other departments to ensure smooth turnarounds and communication.
