Job summary

ASH Hotels in Baltimore, Maryland, seeks a Housekeeping Manager for Hotel Ulysses to lead the housekeeping team with a service-oriented approach and strong adherence to ASH standards.

You will supervise hiring, training, and daily operations, ensuring rooms and public areas meet cleanliness targets while coordinating with Engineering and Front Office for seamless service. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred and a flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages, hires, trains, and develops housekeeping team members.
• Ensures guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and public areas meet cleanliness standards.
• Adheres to health and safety guidelines; reports incidents promptly.
• Manages Lost & Found and guest concerns with timely responses.
• Coordinates with Engineering and Front Office for maintenance and smooth operations.
• Maintains department scheduling and weekly payroll; conducts daily pre-shift meetings.
