Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a Housekeeping Room Inspector to ensure guest rooms and public spaces meet hotel standards. You will inspect rooms, report deficiencies, and help maintain a clean, inviting environment for guests.

You will lead a team, coach and mentor staff, and coordinate onboarding and training while upholding professional service, integrity, and a proactive attitude during busy shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading housekeeping teams in hotels, hospitals, or multi-unit housing.
• Strong communication with guests, managers, and colleagues.
• Pride in work, professionalism, and integrity.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public spaces to ensure cleanliness and standards.
• Report deficiencies and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Coach, mentor, onboard, train, and manage performance of housekeeping team.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain operations and guest satisfaction.
