Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to inspect guest rooms and public areas, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation meet brand standards.

You will coach associates, monitor supplies and inventory, and report maintenance issues while supporting sustainability and safety programs across the hotel.

This role provides growth toward supervisory leadership and advancement within HHM Hotels.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation meet HHM and brand standards.
• Verify that guest room supplies, amenities, and linens are fully stocked and properly arranged.
• Coach and support housekeeping associates to ensure work is performed in accordance with established hotel and brand standards, as well as HHM core values.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure adequate housekeeping supplies are available.
• Issue supplies, linens, and equipment to housekeeping associates as needed.
• Inspect completed work to verify quality, consistency, and compliance with established standards.
• Perform or assist with cleaning duties when necessary to support operational needs.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate department and follow up as needed.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices in support of HHM's EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Help ensure overall guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
