Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 1-2 years housekeeping experience, preferably with supervisory exposure.
• Must speak fluent English.
• Physical ability to carry or lift items up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 200 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect the work of room and/or public area attendants to ensure quality standards.
• Assist with scheduling and room assignments to ensure proper coverage.
• Monitor performance and enforce company policies; alert management of issues.
• Ensure staff are trained and equipped to perform duties effectively.
• Inspect rooms, furnishings, equipment, and public areas for cleanliness and repair.
• Respond to guest requests and complaints to achieve satisfaction.
• Control expenses and minimize waste across housekeeping operations.
• Complete paperwork and log updates; coordinate with other departments.
• May perform housekeeping tasks and assist with deep cleaning projects as needed.
