InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee room and public area attendants, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our Houston property.

The role requires leadership, English fluency, and prior housekeeping supervisory experience. You will help manage staffing, training, and cross-department coordination to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain hotel standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 1-2 years housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel of similar size and complexity.
• Must speak fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect the work of assigned room and/or public area attendants to ensure quality standards and guest satisfaction.
• Manage day-to-day staffing, plan and assign work, and provide coaching to improve performance.
• Train staff to comply with safety regulations and use proper tools and equipment.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain smooth operations and service delivery.
• Address guest requests and complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• May assist with deep cleaning and other duties as assigned.
