+ Location: UM Shore Regional Easton Hospital - 219 S Washington Street, Easton, MD 21601. Note: online applications accepted only.

+ Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday with rotating weekends/holidays. Hours may vary. More details upon interview.

+ Requirements: Leadership, housekeeping, and supervisor experience preferred.

+ Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Supervises, trains, and inspects housekeeping staff to ensure standards are met, providing excellent service to guests.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide quality service with attention to detail.
• Manage staff attendance and document absences or lateness.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Document call-offs and shift replacements.
• Coordinate staff breaks and distribute assignments.
• Assign keys, radios, and beepers, maintaining security.
• Check equipment for supplies, cleanliness, and functionality.
• Inspect areas to ensure cleaning standards.
• Assist staff to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Conduct staff training.
• Maintain professionalism and teamwork.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
