Job Summary

Summary: Supervises, trains, and inspects the performance of housekeeping staff to meet standards. Supports staff to ensure excellent service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides quality service with attention to detail.
• Ensures staff report to work and are properly documented.
• Resolves guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Documents call-offs and shift replacements.
• Coordinates staff breaks and distributes assignments.
• Assigns keys, radios, and beepers; maintains security.
• Checks equipment for supplies, cleanliness, and mechanical issues.
• Inspects areas to ensure standards are met.
• Assists staff to uphold cleanliness and service standards.
• Conducts staff training as needed.
• Exhibits professionalism and team spirit.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
