Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group LLC is seeking a housekeeping supervisor to lead Room Attendant, Public Area Attendants, and Houseperson teams. You will assign rooms based on occupancy, inspect cleanliness, and ensure brand standards across all areas.

You will also prepare weekly staff schedules aligned with forecast, payroll, and budget while monitoring performance and attendance. The role emphasizes guest experience and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Hotel housekeeping supervisory experience required.
• Ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
• Must evaluate alternatives quickly and accurately.
• Must work well in stressful high-pressure situations.
• Must listen, clarify, and resolve coworker and guest concerns.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and direct housekeeping associates in Room Attendant, Public Area Attendants, and Houseperson roles.
• Distribute room assignments to staff based on occupancy and conduct room inspections.
• Prepare associate weekly schedules according to forecast, payroll, and budget.
• Maintain cleanliness, service, and product quality standards of rooms, public spaces, bathrooms, offices, and meeting rooms.
• Adhere to brand standards; manage daily systems to track performance, payroll, time and attendance, and forecasting.
