Bridgeton Holdings, operator of the Sheraton Miami Airport Hotel, seeks a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to support daily operations and maintain the highest cleanliness standards for guest rooms and public areas.

Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, you will supervise assignments, conduct inspections, train staff, ensure safety protocols, and collaborate with Front Office and Engineering to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hotel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; hospitality-related coursework or additional training preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations, including room assignments and workflow coordination.
• Conduct routine inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and brand standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office to ensure timely room cleaning and availability for guest arrivals.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and service issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Train, coach, and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, safety, and guest service.
