Job summary

Hirebridge LLC seeks an experienced housekeeping supervisor to support the Director/Assistant Director in managing hotel housekeeping operations, including rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. You will assist with hiring, training, scheduling, inventory, and guest service coordination.

The role requires supervisory experience in housekeeping, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and compliance. Expect night/weekend shifts in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two years in housekeeping or related supervisory role preferred.
• Alcohol awareness certification as required by local/state government.
• Housekeeping certification as required by franchise.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training and career development of housekeeping staff; support performance evaluations.
• Inspect cleanliness in guest rooms, storage, laundry, restrooms and public areas.
• Schedule staff according to occupancy; assign daily tasks to employees.
• Order and receive linens and supplies; maintain inventory levels.
• Ensure completion of Housekeeper’s Report and communicate room status to Guest Services.
• Document maintenance requests to Engineering to uphold service standards.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and follow up for satisfaction.
• Maintain professional image through appearance and conduct; communicate policies to subordinates.
• Conduct safety, security, department procedures and service guideline trainings.
• Fulfills Manager on Duty shifts.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EEOC, Wage Hour and Health regulations.
