As Lead Host, you’ll help manage reservations, greet guests, and maintain a welcoming, brand-forward dining experience. Join a renowned hospitality group offering opportunities across iconic concepts.

Qualificações

• Experience managing reservations is required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and escort guests to tables in a gracious, professional manner.
• Interact with guests and staff to ensure an exemplary dining experience.
• Acknowledge VIPs professionally.
• Record reservations with full and clear information.
• Know menus to answer customer inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment.
• Assist in supervising servers, bussers, and runners.
• Coordinate special orders and VIP requests with management.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the company.
• Adhere to all company policies and Health Department rules.
• Liaise with clients to coordinate corporate events.
• Other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
