Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to tables in a gracious, professional manner.
• Interact with guests and staff to ensure an exemplary dining experience.
• Acknowledge VIPs professionally.
• Record reservations with full and clear information.
• Know menus to answer customer inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment.
• Assist in supervising servers, bussers, and runners.
• Coordinate special orders and VIP requests with management.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the company.
• Adhere to all company policies and Health Department rules.
• Liaise with clients to coordinate corporate events.
• Other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

ROLE SUMMARY

In addition to regular Host responsibilities, the Lead Host willassistwith reservations and attend to all inquiries via telephone, email, and in person. The ideal candidatepossessesa guest first attitude, strong commitment to service, and excellent communication skills. We ask for a willingness to receive and offer direction, be solutions oriented, and encourage ahospitality drivenenvironment. Open availability is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and escort guests to tables in a gracious and professional manner.
• Interact with guests and fellow staff members in a polite, courteous, and hospitable manner to ensure all guests have an exemplary dining experience.
• Greet and acknowledge VIPs in a professional manner.
• Ensure that all reservations are recorded following established procedures with full and clear information.
• Have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the operation of the business, including all food and drink menus, to ensure that you can respond to customer inquiries.
• Maintain a proactive approach to solving anyguest’squestions or problems.
• Directguestto theappropriate waitingarea and provide updatestablestatuses.
• Bid farewell to guests, using their name, and encouraging them to return to the restaurant.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment.
• Assistin supervising food servers, bussers, and food runners as it relates to the guest contact andtableinformation.
• Communicate with Managementregardingspecial orders, cake orders, special requests, and VIP requests.
• Act as a brand ambassador for the company
• Ensure compliance of all procedures and policies set forth by the company, division, and Health Department
• Assist with LPD requests.
• Liaise with clients and customers to coordinate corporate events.
• Liaise with all departments to ensure the best service is provided to our customers.
• Other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum1 year experience managing reservations.
• Must have experience with Microsoft Suite.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Mustbe authorized towork in the United States.
• Must be able tomaintaina professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be reliable, responsible, and trustworthy with excellent time management skills.
• Must have high energy,great communicationskills, and be able to work as part of a team.
• Must be able to stand duringentireshift, often up to 8 hours with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting plates, boxes, and objects up to 30lbs.
