Bayshore Club in Coconut Grove is seeking a Lead Host to join a world-class restaurant team. You will greet guests, assist with reservations, guide them to tables, and provide menus while answering initial questions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Prior customer service experience in hospitality.
• Positive attitude and interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills and phone etiquette.
• Flexibility with alternating shifts.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• OpenTable experience required.
• Strong OpenTable background with full availability.
• Hostess experience with large restaurants (300+ seats) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they walk into the restaurant.
• Assist guests with reservations and guide them to their table.
• Provide accurate wait times and seat guests in waiting area.
• Give menus and answer initial questions.
