The ideal candidate has Open Table and Toast experience, strong organization, and an upbeat, customer-focused attitude. This full-time position reports to the Dining Room Manager and offers opportunities to grow within a welcoming team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with at least 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work independently and follow instructions.
• Proficient with restaurant software such as POS, Open Table, and other management tools.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest flow and seating to ensure smooth operations.
• Greet guests warmly and respond to reservation inquiries.
• Assist with to-go orders and maintain cleanliness of host station.
• Communicate wait times and party sizes to staff.
• Collaborate with Dining Room Manager and team.
