Responsibilities

• Own the first impression at the host stand and lead front-door hospitality.

• Balance server sections fairly and effectively.
• Manage reservations and guest expectations.
• Coordinate pre-shift planning and share important notes with the team.
• Lead onboarding and training of new hosts.
