Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of food, beverage and hospitality service standards.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Craft beer knowledge is a plus; Cicerone Level 1 encouraged.
• Positive, hospitality-driven attitude with professional appearance and demeanor.
• Team-oriented and willing to support fellow staff members.

Responsibilities

• Own the first impression of Alternate Ending and lead front-door hospitality.
• Manage guest flow, pacing, wait times, reservations, and transitions during service.
• Lead pre-shift planning and communicate key notes to the service team.
• Assist in onboarding and training new hosts; model hospitality standards.
• Support merchandising, inventory counts, and organization of displays.
