Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain kitchen and cooking area in a safe, clean, and sanitary manner.
• Prepare meals according to prepared menus and portion controls.
• Record food temperatures and prepare pureed foods as needed.
• Assist with serving meals and maintaining sanitation supplies.
• Supervise in the dietary supervisor's absence.
• Train/orient dietary staff and ensure quality presentation.
