Ernest Health, Inc. is seeking a Lead Cook at Mesquite Rehabilitation Institute in Mesquite, TX.

This inpatient rehabilitation hospital serves the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex and focuses on helping patients regain strength and independence after strokes, brain or spinal injuries, amputations, or orthopedic surgeries. As a Lead Cook, you will provide healthy meals for patients, employees, and visitors, prepare foods with strict safety standards, create menus, and order supplies for the hospital

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Handlers License required.
• Knowledge of patient diets and safe food handling requirements.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for providing healthy food for patients, employees, and visitors.
• Prepares food ensuring that strict safety standards are followed.
• Creates menus and orders supplies for the hospital kitchen and cafeteria.
