Job summary

Taylor Morrison is seeking a Construction Superintendent in the Scottsdale area to lead the homebuilding process from planning through delivery. You will manage scheduling, resource allocation, safety, and quality to ensure on-time, on-budget completion while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires knowledge of new home construction processes, ability to read plans and specifications, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED with 1+ years of construction experience (production builder preferred).
• Demonstrated knowledge of the homebuilding process, scheduling, and cost controls.
• Ability to read/understand construction drawings, specs, and schedules; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall homebuilding process and manage construction scheduling
• Foster a collaborative team environment and maintain subcontractor relations
• Monitor quality, safety, schedule, and cost controls, enforcing site safety
• Provide clear guidance to homebuyers on how the home is built and move-in condition
• Manage post-close warranty processes and schedule trades as needed
• Be willing to perform other duties as assigned
