BrightStar Care Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our home care team. You will develop and implement patient care plans, supervise the nursing staff, and ensure compliance with state regulations while focusing on infusion care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of operation.
• CPR certification required.
• 2-3 years of home health, hospice, or skilled nursing experience.
• IV infusion therapy expertise.
• Wound care including NPWT/Wound VAC management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Conduct in-home assessments and ensure care meets regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation and reporting.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all home care cases.
