BrightStar Care Concord, Lexington, and Woburn is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to deliver exceptional in-home care. The team supports patients across Sandwich and Plymouth, offering flexible, part-time and per-diem opportunities with competitive compensation.

Ideal candidates hold an active RN license, CPR certification, and 2–3 years in home health or hospice. IV infusion, wound care, leadership, and care plan development are valued.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of operation.
• CPR certification.
• 2–3 years of home health, hospice, or skilled nursing experience.
• IV infusion therapy proficiency.
• Wound care including NPWT/Wound VAC management.
• Sales & Business development mindset.
• Leadership & management skills.
• Care plan development for high-quality outcomes.
• Quality assurance & risk management experience.
• Strong problem-solving & decision-making abilities.
• On-call availability and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other providers.
• Conduct in-home assessments and ensure patient care meets standards.
• Oversee compliance with home health regulations and documentation requirements.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team including training.
• Provide guidance to nurses and caregivers to ensure high-quality care.
• Manage scheduling and ensure staff coverage for all cases.
