BrightStar Care Concord, Lexington & Woburn is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for in-home care leadership. You will develop and implement patient care plans, conduct home assessments, ensure regulatory compliance, and supervise the nursing team to deliver high-quality care in patients’ homes.

The role requires an active RN license, CPR certification, 2–3 years of relevant home health experience, and flexibility with on-call duties.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in the state of operation.
• Current CPR certification.
• Clinical experience in home health, hospice, or skilled nursing.
• Proficient in IV infusions and related care.
• Experience with wound care and NPWT management.
• Ability to attract and retain clients and work with referral partners.
• Ability to supervise, train, and mentor staff.
• Skilled in creating and overseeing care plans.
• Experience with auditing, incident reporting, and policy compliance.
• Strong problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities.
• Flexible with on-call duties and emergencies.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement patient care plans with physicians.
• Conduct in-home assessments and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations.
• Supervise and manage home care nursing team, including hiring and training.
• Provide guidance to nurses and caregivers to ensure high-quality care.
• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for cases.
