BrightStar Care Concord, Lexington & Woburn seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to oversee in-home patient care plans, assessments, and regulatory compliance. You will lead the home care nursing team, hire and train staff, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes across multiple Massachusetts locations.

The role requires an active MA RN license, CPR certification, and 2–3 years in home health or hospice, with experience in IV therapy and wound care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in MA required.
• CPR certification required.
• 2–3 years home health or hospice experience.
• IV infusion therapy proficiency.
• Wound care expertise including NPWT/wound VAC management.
• Sales and business development mindset to attract and retain clients.
• Leadership and management experience preferred.
• Care plan development and quality assurance experience.
• Flexible with on-call responsibilities and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare providers.
• Conduct in-home assessments and ensure that patient care meets regulatory and company standards.
• Oversee compliance with state and federal home health regulations, including documentation and reporting requirements.
• Supervise and manage the home care nursing team, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff performance.
• Provide guidance and support to nurses and caregivers to ensure the highest level of patient care.
• Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staff coverage for all home care cases.
