Job summary

DR. Horton, Inc. is seeking an experienced Superintendent for the DFW Central Division (Richardson, TX) to manage multi-site home construction from permit through occupancy. You will schedule and supervise subcontractors, conduct homeowner walkthroughs, and enforce safety and quality standards across projects.

The role requires strong communication, budgeting, and field leadership to deliver high-quality homes on schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and 2–4 years of related construction experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction schedules and ensure project quality within budget.
• Coordinate subcontractors across all phases of home construction.
• Conduct homeowner walkthroughs and ensure quality standards.
