Job summary

STLC Gastonia - Home Care Agency in Gastonia, NC is seeking an RN-led Home Care Agency Supervisor to oversee CNAs and office staff, coordinating patient care plans in line with state and federal guidelines. The role includes on-call duties and ensuring quality, compliant care across the home care team.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license in North Carolina with 1–2 years’ Nursing Supervisor experience, preferably in home care.

Qualifications

• RN degree required.
• 1–2 years as Nursing Supervisor; at least 1 year with frail elderly population.
• Home Care experience preferred.
• Current RN license in North Carolina.
• Must have immunizations up to date and be medically cleared for communicable diseases.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CNAs and office staff.
• Coordinate participant care according to state and federal guidelines.
• Plan, implement and evaluate patients' plans of care.
• Report to the HCA Director and act as Director in their absence.
• On-call evenings and after hours when staff are in homes providing care.
• Maintain documentation and ensure safe, clean work environments.
