Job summary

STLC Gastonia - Home Care Agency is seeking a Home Care Agency Supervisor in Gastonia, NC to oversee CNA staff and office personnel, ensuring coordinated and compliant patient care plans. The role reports to the HCA Director and may act as HCA Director in their absence.

Qualifications

• RN Degree is required.
• 1–2 years as Nursing Supervisor with at least 1 year with frail elderly population.
• Home Care experience preferred.
• Currently listed as an RN in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Accomplishes nursing HR objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
• Meets nursing operational standards by contributing to strategic plans and reviews, and improving system processes with the HCA Director.
• Maintains home care guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
• Maintains documentation of patient care services by auditing records.
• On call evenings and after hours; supervise initial assessments and reassessments every 90 days.
