Job summary

Eastwood Homes in Charlotte, NC is seeking a skilled Builder to oversee the residential construction process from start through post-closing, ensuring homes are built within budget, on schedule, and to high quality standards. The role includes supervising apprentices, technicians, and subcontractors and maintaining strong customer relations throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in a high-volume residential production environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline is preferred.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written, verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Pre-employment drug and background screening.

Responsibilities

• Pre-inspect start packages for accuracy and completeness prior to acceptance.
• Walk each started home twice daily.
• Complete schedules, status reports and inspection reports to company standards.
• Construct all homes within company-specified building time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite and hold trades accountable to quality.
