Job summary

Ideal Homes is seeking a driven professional to oversee the construction process of multiple homes in Oklahoma. You will manage field crews, coordinate trade contractors, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget while upholding stellar customer satisfaction.

The role requires a solid background in construction, strong leadership, and familiarity with building codes and safety standards. On-site work with a focus on quality and efficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred; construction experience required.
• Strong understanding of building codes, safety policies, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage field teams.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for building up to 20 high quality homes at one time.
• Coordinate, direct, and schedule the work of trade contractors and suppliers using FAST FieldView.
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and ensure adherence to Ideal Homes’ policies.
