Job summary

Holiday Builders, Inc. in Ocala, Florida seeks a Construction Manager to oversee the end-to-end construction of new homes, from site prep to final inspections. You will manage daily workflows, coordinate with trade partners, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

You will mentor junior construction staff, uphold safety standards, review blueprints, and maintain strong customer relations through our warranty program, delivering high quality homes and lasting value.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of directly related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including scheduling and databases.
• Knowledge of construction practices and terminology; ability to read blueprints.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the construction of homes from site prep to occupancy.
• Manage job schedules and coordinate with trade partners to meet deadlines.
• Visit jobsites daily to ensure quality construction standards and safety.
• Mentor Jr Construction Managers and support warranty service responsiveness.
• Develop positive relationships with customers, trade partners and industry peers.
