Imagination Homes is seeking a Construction Manager to drive the delivery of high-quality homes on time and within budget. You will oversee all construction phases, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction through close collaboration with Sales and Warranty teams.

The role requires hands-on leadership, thorough knowledge of residential construction processes, and proficiency with construction management systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in production homebuilding.
• Proven knowledge of residential construction processes, scheduling, and trade management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Hands-on, detail-driven approach and ability to hold partners accountable for quality and safety.
• Computer literacy and comfort with construction management systems.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all phases of home construction, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections for safety and compliance.
• Communicate with homebuyers, Sales, and Warranty teams to provide updates and set expectations.
• Review blueprints and job scopes to resolve issues and support trade partners.
• Manage materials, scheduling, budgets, and variance reports for smooth project flow.
• Lead by example: mentor team members and maintain a solution-oriented jobsite culture.
