Holiday Builders is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee the end-to-end construction of new homes, from site preparation through occupancy. You will coordinate schedules, ensure compliance with codes and standards, and manage relationships with trade partners and customers.

The role requires a BS in Construction Management (or equivalent) and at least 4 years of related experience, with strong MS Office skills and knowledge of construction practices.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including scheduling and database programs.
• Knowledge of construction practices and terminology.
• Ability to read blueprints and other construction documents.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage the construction of homes from site prep to occupancy.
• Ensure projects meet codes, specs, and timeframes.
• Manage job scheduling and payments using the company software.
• Coordinate with trade partners and superintendents to keep on schedule.
• Mentor Jr Construction Managers and handle warranty service processes.
