Responsibilities

• Oversee construction from inception to move-in, manage job sites, scheduling, and trade partner supervision.
• Conduct twice-daily home walks to monitor progress, ensure quality, and maintain schedule compliance.
• Supervise all construction activities from start to finish, including pre-construction and final walkthroughs.
• Negotiate solutions with inspectors and trade partners to control costs and support CIP.
