Job summary

Goodwin and CO is seeking a Lead Community Manager for the Teravista area in Round Rock. The role supports homeowners associations through property, financial, and project management services, liaising with boards and residents to drive community success.

The position emphasizes strategic advisory on financial decisions, strong written and verbal communication, and top-tier service to homeowners and boards within a multi-family community context.

Qualifications

• Experience managing single-family home communities or condominium associations.
• Ability to deliver a 5-star customer service to the Board and the residents.
• Ability to advise and direct the Board to make the necessary decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on financial strategies and other decisions
• Assess clients' assets, liabilities and overall financial conditions
• Vendor management through contracted services
• Assist with routine maintenance and improvements for the Association(s)
• Develop RFP and Scope of works for projects
• Assist Board of Directors with action items and to do-lists
• Attend and Conduct Board of Director meetings
