Job summary

• Experience supporting HOA boards and residents.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on financial strategies and decisions for associations.
• Assess assets, liabilities and overall financial condition of communities.
• Oversee vendor management through contracted services.
• Assist with maintenance/improvements for the HOA(s).
• Develop RFPs and scopes of work for projects.
• Support Board of Directors with action items and to-do lists.
• Attend and conduct Board meetings as needed.
