Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an HITL Engineer to lead automated testing for Connected Warfare systems. You will work across Lattice, Army C2 capabilities, and the Menace family, driving test frameworks and data-driven validation in an accelerated cycle.

You will architect, build, test, and train end users on HITL, balance hands-on scripting with leadership of junior engineers, and ensure tests reflect real-world operational scenarios for national security systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical field; equivalent experience allowed.
• 8+ years of experience testing C2 software and hardware in lab and field environments with RF, datalinks, and tactical radios.
• Experience with requirements-based verification, CI/CD pipelines, and automated tests.

Responsibilities

• Lead automated software testing campaigns for Connected Warfare systems and related platforms.
• Plan, develop and execute automated testing strategies and frameworks aligned with operational requirements.
• Collaborate with program management and engineering leads to establish test gates, milestones, and report results.
