Job summary

• Conduct annual road ratings and comprehensive bridge inspections in compliance with federal mandates.
• Review plans, permits and zoning applications; coordinate utility permits and land acquisition documents.
• Direct field survey crews and ensure contractor payments and project timelines align with standards.
