Job summary

SEH is looking for a highway design expert to lead projects for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. In this role, you will mentor junior engineers, manage multiple design projects, and ensure alignment with client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, a PE license in Wisconsin, and at least five years of design experience. The position offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer in Wisconsin or ability to obtain within six months.
• Ability to travel for meetings, consultations, and inspections.
• Minimum five years of design experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead highway design projects for the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
• Mentor junior engineers and manage internal projects.
• Perform complex design calculations and uphold QA/QC procedures.
