Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Science and Management.
• Five (5) years of engineering or construction management work experience.
• Motor vehicle operator’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees engineering, technical, and administrative functions for highway and bridge construction projects.
• Directs survey crews, inspection teams, and office personnel involved in project activities.
• Monitors budgets, schedules, and quality management to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.
• Coordinates with the District Utility Coordinator to manage utility relocations.
• Interacts with internal and external stakeholders, including officials and contractors, regarding project and technical matters.
