• Oversees survey crews, inspection teams, and project managers, including hiring decisions.
• Ensures inspections and surveys are performed accurately by qualified personnel.
• Maintains complete project records, reports, and final construction plans.
• Partner with district coordinators and officials to manage utilities relocation and encroachment work.
