Whataburger is seeking a Restaurant Manager in San Angelo, TX, to lead a high-volume operation and a large team. You’ll drive daily performance, guest satisfaction, and store profitability while developing leaders for future opportunities.

You’ll oversee food safety, brand standards, and hospitality culture, with opportunities for career growth and a clear path to Operating Partner roles within the Whataburger family.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to meet business needs, including overnight shifts, weekends, holidays, and variable hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Champion hospitality and guest service standards by delivering friendly, fast service.
• Coach, develop, and support Team Members to reach their full potential.
• Be responsible for achieving restaurant goals across sales, labor, cost, and profitability.
• Ensure food safety and brand standards are upheld.
• Model Whataburger values and foster an inclusive work environment.
• Lead shift transitions and maintain smooth operations across day parts.
• Support talent development, training, hiring, and retention with restaurant leadership.
• Participate in business planning, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
