• Experience managing high-volume bread production and merchandising.

• Proven experience managing food and labor P&L across multiple units.

Responsibilities

• Direct large-volume bread production in a fast-paced bakery.
• Hire, coach, and evaluate bakery team members.
• Maintain safety and sanitation procedures per health codes.
• Establish quality and production controls to minimize waste.
• Maintain recipe integrity to ensure product consistency.
• Communicate professionally with all levels of the organization.
