The ideal candidate will oversee scheduling, inventory, and cost controls while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and product quality in a busy store setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of bread and related production experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing a sales and production team, preferably in a grocery bakery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Organizes the store’s Bakery operations to maximize profitability while upholding standards.
• Builds and leads a high-performing team through hiring, training, and development.
• Oversees scheduling, vacation approvals, and payroll submissions.
• Monitors sales and costs, manages the budget with Head Chef, and corrects deviations.
• Prepares bread products according to recipes and quality standards.
