Job summary

Eatzi's in Dallas is seeking a Pastry AM to manage daily baking of our pastry products, ensure quality and freshness, and oversee the production schedule.

You will operate and adjust a commercial oven, maintain safety and sanitation, and collaborate with the culinary team to meet daily goals. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring the ability to lift up to 40lbs and teamwork.
