Job summary

H-E-B in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a CM Bakery Production Manager to direct the Bakery department, supervise Partners, and ensure exceptional customer service while delivering quality products.

You will help plan production, manage schedules, monitor waste, and drive inventory controls to meet weekly and long-term goals, with a focus on safety and sanitation standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Bakery production.
• Experience managing teams of at least 10 bakers and training new bakers to achieve proficiency.
• Experience in planning production and sanitation standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot recipe/product issues.
• Pastry: knowledge of basic components manufacturing (buttercream, icings, creams, choux, sponges and cheesecakes).

Responsibilities

• Leads team of Bakery Production Partners.
• Oversees tortilla production experience is preferred.
• Graduation from a Baking/Pastry school is preferred.
• Production planning, schedule management and waste control.
• Ensure customer service excellence and proper product presentation.
