Job summary

Sennebogen LLC in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Inside Service Support specialist to provide day-to-day technical assistance on equipment operation, repair, and troubleshooting. This office-based role relies on phone, email, and diagnostic tools to keep customer machines operational and downtime to a minimum.

You will collaborate with Parts, Sales, and Warehouse teams, document service calls, participate in training, and support dealers and end users.

Qualifications

• Technical training or experience in heavy equipment repair and maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics.
• Understanding of electrical and hydraulic circuits.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance to dealers, internal sales, and parts teams regarding equipment operation, repair, and maintenance.
• Support end users directly when dealer resources require additional technical guidance.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues using schematics, documentation, and experience.
• Document all service calls by completing daily call sheets detailing issues, actions taken, and resolutions.
• Initiate and maintain follow-up communication with dealer management regarding technical discussions and recommended solutions.
• Demonstrate consistent follow-up and accountability on all technical inquiries.
• Attend required training classes to maintain and expand technical knowledge.
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.
