Qualifications

• Must pass a medical physical and drug test.
• Background check and credit check required.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
• Basic math and measurement skills required.
• Understanding of metal market pricing and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly safety inspections of the department.
• Conduct safety conversations with employees.
• Monitor production and ensure adequate labor coverage.
• Train employees via one-on-one, tailgate meetings, and demonstrations.
• Communicate through emails, bulletins, and work orders.
• Provide client services to facilitate daily material purchases.
• Resolve conflicts with workforce and clients professionally.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to safety.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Organize materials for space efficiency.
• Dispose of waste materials per policy.
