Qualifications

• Engineering background with strong emphasis in Mechanical/Maintenance/Production.
• 3–5+ years of progressive management experience in heavy industrial operations.
• Experience with shredder maintenance, motors, PLCs, hydraulics and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Shredder operation: oversee maintenance of the industrial shredder and adapt to changing needs.
• Team management: supervise recycling yard labor force.
• System monitoring: track gauge readings to prevent damage and ensure safety.
• Component inspections: daily checks of critical shredder parts for readiness and reliability.
• Troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Emergency response: recognize hazards and follow safety protocols.
