The ideal candidate has leadership experience in heavy-duty fleet maintenance, is organized, and proficient with computers. CDL preferred; DOT regulations knowledge is essential. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 with benefits and a team-centered culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team of mechanics in heavy-duty fleet maintenance.
• Strong planning and scheduling skills for preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Organized, detail-oriented with solid judgment and proactive approach.
• Mechanical aptitude with computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Knowledgeable of applicable DOT regulations and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the team of mechanics and oversee preventive maintenance and repairs.
• Oversee repair work in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Maintain and manage inventory of repair parts within budget.
• Maintain a PM schedule to maximize truck uptime.
• Manage work order process for accuracy and efficiency.
